Information & hosting
Room to Settle is an informational website published under the Room to Settle name. You do not need an account to visit. This version has no registration, comments, or checkout.
The public website is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and securing web pages involves technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Hosting providers may process this information for site delivery, security, and operations.
Information about Netlify’s practices is available in its Privacy Statement. Hosting infrastructure may process information outside your country.
When you contact us or sign up
The contact form collects your name, email, inquiry topic, and message to handle your inquiry. The newsletter form collects your email when you choose to subscribe to future Room to Settle emails. On the published site, Netlify Forms processes submissions and may filter spam. The local preview sends neither form.
Contact records and signup requests may be retained in the form dashboard or correspondence records while needed for their purpose. You can request deletion or withdraw newsletter consent by emailing us. Newsletter sending is not yet connected; we will update this policy with the email delivery provider before sending newsletters, and include an unsubscribe option in those emails.
If you choose to email roomtosettle@gmail.com, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed by the email services used by you and Room to Settle. We use what you send to respond to your inquiry and handle feedback or corrections.
Please send only the information needed for your inquiry. Email correspondence may remain in the mailbox and provider backups; contact us if you want to request deletion. We do not specify a fixed deletion period or guarantee that provider backups can be immediately erased.
Links to other websites
When you follow an external link, the destination’s privacy practices apply. This version does not contain affiliate shopping links. We will review this policy before adding services or features that change how information is processed.
Your choices
You can read the site without submitting a form or emailing us. You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to manage site data.
For questions about information you have emailed us, or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact roomtosettle@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the correspondence and confirm the request. Please do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
